Insecurity:
This attitude is borne out of lack of trust for your spouse. When there is no trust between a couple, there is bound to be insecurity. This is a situation whereby when one's partner is not around at a particular time, the other begins to imagine where the partner would be at that point in time. Insecurity brings about unncessary suspicion and fear.
When a person is covered with insecurity, you begin to fill jealous especially, when someone comes around your spouse. You may be very impatient as to know who he or she is to your spouse before concluding. Insecurity in a relationship is dangerous because it can make you take a hasty and nasty decision you may later regret in future. Let there be element of trust between couple if their marriage must succeed.
Over possessiveness:
It is a negative attitude that dominates a man or a woman if allowed. When this kind of attitude is at work in the life of an individual, it makes him or her to have an upper hand over the other person.
We understand from the word of God that the man is the head of his home but that does not mean he will have to treat his family as slaves by bossing them around the house. Couple should understand that they are expected to make their home conducive for members of family as well as to other people who wish to visit from time to time.

* Wife should understand that the sex drive of her husband is so powerful that sex often seems to be uppermost in his mind. She should learn to assist and cooperate with him whenever the need arises.

* Couples should have this at the back of their mind that if they do not love their husbands or wives, they must first of all ask God for forgiveness because He commands us to love one another and they need to obey it. When they are not doing that, they are disobeying God’s commandment and the result it punishment.
* Parents should endeavour to enlighten their children on sex education
* Parents should be ready and willing to answer any questions asked by their children. They should be sincere enough to explain if when necessary.
* There should be understanding on the need for family planning among the couple
* The husband should be patient with the wife when they are still waiting upon God for the fruit of the womb especially when they are both medically feat. He should understand that it is God who gives children and not the woman. He can also assist the wife to attain conception if he does not nag or allow the family to trouble the wife concerning the issue.
